21st Century Digital Technology Co., Ltd (21CD) is Taiwan’s leading new consumer digital technology service provider. Its buy-now, pay-later (BNPL) service ecosystem integrates online and offline consumer patterns. In 2020, 21CD received an investment from China Development Financial and both entered into a long-term strategic partnership. In 2021, 21CD received an additional investment from PChome Online Inc. and became a subsidiary.

HappyFan7 is 21CD’s self-operated BNPL online shopping subsidiary. GogoPay is a third-party online medium that systematically integrates the cardless installment services of guided shopping. The introduction of Pi Wallet to Pay-Later in June 2022 marks the first three-in-one innovative financial service that combines BNPL, cardless installment, and mobile payment services. In September 2022, 21CD joined with PChome 24h Shopping and leveraged the group marketing, cardless installment, and insurance recall services to launch the first iPhone subscription plan in Taiwan.
