\n\tPChome and Rakuten Enter into Alliance Agreement<\/font><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\tAlliance to expand customer base for both partners and improve service <\/font><\/span><\/strong><\/span>convenience for members in Taiwan<\/font><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

\n\tPChome Online Inc., Taiwan’s leading e-commerce service group, and Rakuten Inc., a <\/font><\/span><\/span>leading global innovation company in e-commerce, communications and fintech, today <\/span>announced the forming of a strategic alliance at a media event in Taipei. The alliance <\/span>will leverage each company’s unique strengths to expand consumer reach and improve <\/span>service convenience for members in Taiwan.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n\tThrough the alliance agreement, PChome and Rakuten expand the loyalty point <\/font><\/span><\/span>program that enable PChome P point and Rakuten Super Point to be used in each<\/span><\/div>\n
\n\tother’s network to significantly enlarge the using scenario. Taiwan customers can also <\/font><\/span><\/span>browse and buy products from Rakuten Ichiba on Ruten Auction, a PChome subsidiary, <\/span>simply using Mandarin and Taiwan local payment with international direct shipping. <\/span>Moreover, PChome Online Shopping has launched several promotions for Taiwan <\/span>Rakuten Card holders and users can soon buy Rakuten Kobo e-reader on PChome24h<\/span><\/div>\n
