\n\tPChome (8044-TW) today (Oct.25th) announced “Steering Committee”, establishing a new <\/span>management structure in response to business development opportunity and market <\/span>dynamic. Steering Committee consists of 5 people: Chairman – Hung-Tze Jan, Chief <\/span>Operating Officer – Kevin Tsai, PChomeStore Inc. General Manager – Yun Su, PChome eBay <\/span>Co. (Ruten Auction) Chief Operating Officer – Vicky Tseng, PChome InterPay Inc. General <\/span>Manager – Eric Chung.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t“Because of the dynamic of internet industry, challenges PChome Group is facing become <\/span>more and more diversified.” Chairman Mr. Jan said. “By integrating resources and power <\/span>across platforms and business units, PChome can make strategic decisions as a group and <\/span>become the first internet company in Taiwan that has a hundred billion revenue and market <\/span>cap.”<\/span><\/div>\n

\n\tMeanwhile, to fully activate group decision structure, besides from Mr. Jan, the four <\/span>members have also become PChome’s board of directors. Mr. Jan will act as the president <\/span>of the committee, leading the team to work together. The four committee members work in <\/span>their corresponding units within PChome group. Kevin Tsai will be responsible for the <\/span>operation of PChome Online and PChome 24h Shopping. Yun Su will be responsible for <\/span>PChomeStore B2B2C and the promotion of Personal Store. Vicky Tseng will be responsible <\/span>for Ruten Auction – the biggest C2C marketplace in Taiwan.
