(Cayman) have been transferred to 21st\r\nFinancial Technology Co., Ltd. (Japan), leaving the Cayman entity\r\nwith no operating assets. To further reduce operating costs, the\r\nCompany now proposes to liquidate 21st Financial Technology Co.,\r\nLtd. (Cayman).
